How can I request that you play a specific video?
We have so much media that we collect each month that we could not possibly put it all online. There is not enough time in the day or space on our server. It takes us a few days (if we are behind, it may be a few weeks) to catalog and put together videos from an event. If you want to see a specific video from a recent event, you can request something by posting on the Forum under the thread Media - Videos. We'll usually tell you if the video is available and if we will post it. Once videos start playing from a specific tournament, we will not take any further requests for that event so get your requests in on a timely basis. Remember, you can always order a Custom DVD with footage that you want even if we don't broadcast it online.
How do I contact you?
If you need to contact us, the best way is through the Help Request Form. We are able to check the help area often and if your request involves something crucial or very important, we can usually respond right away as long as we have access to the internet. Our mailing address is:

But remember, we get hundreds of emails each day and don't always have time to read them all. The best way to contact us with requests is to use the Help form as it is what we focus on daily for responding to requests!
How do I get a photo in my profile?
We are working on creating a method that will allow people to upload their own photos. However, until that time, in order to get a photo in your profile you need to email your photo(s) to the webmasters. Here are the specifications: (1) photos must be in .jpg format and attached (not embedded) in your email; (2) photos should be a minimum of 250 pixels wide; (3) photos should not be blurry and should clearly show the face of the subject; (4) please use the first and last name of the subject as the name of the photo, i.e. johnsmith.jpg; (5) you only get 2 photos in your profile so don't send more than 2. Remember, we have no idea what photos you think are best so don't make requests like - "just pick one of my online photos" because we don't have time to review your online photos and pick one. It is up to you to figure out which photos you want in your profile and to send them to us! Photos that are in the wrong format, are blurry, inappropriate, too small or can't be used will be rejected. Profiles are updated approximately once per month so don't expect to see your photos online immediately.
How do I get photo prints?
We now offer you the option of ordering professional prints of any of our online photos. Just go to the Photo Prints area in the store to place your order.
I can log in but after I log in, it immediately logs me off when I try to click on link - what is happening?
This problem is caused because you either have a firewall on your computer that blocks cookies (firewalls come with most anti-virus software and windows xp has a personal firewall included). Turn off the personal firewalls. Also, you must have cookies enabled for the maslinc.com and sportmartialarts.com websites in order to successfully stay logged in - enable cookies in your browser!
I can't get videos to play on my computer.
We found that the majority of video playback problems result from two main issues. First, make sure you have the most updated version of Windows Media Player. The videos work best in Window's Media Player and you can download a free player at www.microsoft.com. Second, make sure that your anti-virus software and operating system do not have a firewall running on your computer. Firewalls tend to block the download of the videos so turn off your firewall when trying to download. This includes the personal firewall that comes with Windows XP operating systems.
I can't log in, what is happening?
We have discovered that the primary reason for this problem is that you have not completed your membership by verifying your registration. After you register, a verification email is sent to your email address, you must follow the instructions there to activate your membership before you will be allowed to log in. If you are a registered member and you have actually activated your membership, typically, there are three common reasons for log in problems; first, you may be using your username rather than your email address to log in. Try again using your email and password; second, the server is being accessed by too many people at the same time. Wait a minute or two and try again. Third, you have not enabled cookies for the website. Check your browser settings to fix this issue.
Why can't I save videos to my hard drive?
This is no longer a question that SportMartialArts.com Members need to ask. All active Members can right click and save videos from the site. If you are not a registered Member, the save option is not available to you.
