How do I become a member?
Click on Register on the navigation bar to access the registration form. It will explain all your options. Oh, and Membership is FREE.
I am a member and you didn't post my birthday, what's up?
Members birthdays appear only in the My Accout area. Birthdays for people with Profiles appear on the main Home page. If your birthday did not appear in the Members area, the only reason this could happen is if you either did not provide your birthday when you registered or you provided the wrong birthday. You will need to send us a Help Request to update your Member information to straighten it out.
I can log in but after I log in, it immediately logs me off when I try to click on link - what is happening?
This problem is caused because you either have a firewall on your computer that blocks cookies (firewalls come with most anti-virus software and windows xp has a personal firewall included). Turn off the personal firewalls. Also, you must have cookies enabled for the maslinc.com and sportmartialarts.com websites in order to successfully stay logged in - enable cookies in your browser!
I can't log in, what is happening?
We have discovered that the primary reason for this problem is that you have not completed your membership by verifying your registration. After you register, a verification email is sent to your email address, you must follow the instructions there to activate your membership before you will be allowed to log in. If you are a registered member and you have actually activated your membership, typically, there are three common reasons for log in problems; first, you may be using your username rather than your email address to log in. Try again using your email and password; second, the server is being accessed by too many people at the same time. Wait a minute or two and try again. Third, you have not enabled cookies for the website. Check your browser settings to fix this issue.
I did not get the verification email after I filled out my registration. What gives?
We have found that the main reason for the verification email not going through is your email host is defining the verification email as spam and either not accepting it or placing it in a spam mailbox. Make sure that emails from sportmartialarts.com and maslinc.com are not viewed as spam by your email host. This problem is most common with commercial email hosts like AOL, yahoo, hotmail and especially earthlink!
I forgot my Member password, what do I do?
Go to Forgot My Log In on the navigation bar that is at the top of every single page.
