| SportMartialArts.com reporters travel all over the country covering many
of the largest open sport martial arts tournaments in the United States, Canada and Europe.
We take hundreds of photos at events and provide online photo galleries from the
events we cover. There are currently over 10,000 photos in our photo database from
events beginning in 2003. To see photos and photo galleries, go to our Photos section.
We know, this current process of mailing in your order is a pain. We are in
the process of constructing an online Photo Print option as part of our new online
store. Watch for its release soon. In the meantime, print these instructions and
order form, select your photos and mail your order in.

Step 1: Download the instructions and order form for photo prints.

| Step 2: Go to the Photos section of this site (see top navigation bar)
and choose the photo(s) you want and note the PhotoID for each photo. |
| Step 3: Select a package or print type from the list below for each photo
and circle the choice on your order form where indicated. |
| Step 4: Fill in the shipping information and send the completed form to
our office along with payment. Add $5.00 for shipping in the United States and $12 for shipping
internationally. Make sure to include your name, shipping address, phone number and an email
address we can use to contact you if we have questions. |
